Professional Summary: Juhmad M. Hollis joined Stirling in 2022 as an Advisor and Associate Broker within the Commercial Brokerage Division, bringing more than 17 years of real estate expertise to the role. His career began in Birmingham, Alabama at Sil-loH Properties, LLC., where he worked alongside his father and sister, developing strong skills in client communication, guidance, and problem-solving. He later advanced to President/CEO of the company in 2012 before becoming Qualifying Broker at BRIK Realty in 2015, and eventually founding Sil-loH Realty New Orleans in 2017 after relocating to Louisiana. Throughout his career, Mr. Hollis has held numerous industry leadership positions, including Past President of the Gulf South Real Estate Information Network and Director roles with both the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and Louisiana REALTORS®. His service also extends to the Alabama Association of REALTORS®, Birmingham Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and the Greater Alabama Multiple Listing Service, where he served as President. A member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., he has volunteered with Son of Saint in New Orleans and contributed to national REALTOR® initiatives through the Diversity Committee and Federal Finance and Housing Committee. He is also an At-Large Member of NAIOP and actively working toward earning his CCIM designation. Mr. Hollis has completed leadership programs through multiple REALTOR® associations and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Management concentration at Morehouse College, holding active real estate licenses in both Louisiana and Alabama.
